Physical Therapist

We're looking for a Physical Therapist to take on a full-time or part-time role with one of our area clients. You will provide 1:1 outpatient pelvic health and general physical therapy services, using 40-minute appointments and the Empower EMR. Flexible scheduling is available.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
• Active Colorado State PT license required to start the position.
• BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required.
• Experience in pelvic health/pelvic floor physical therapy is required.
• Experience or comfort with one-on-one care model; no double-booking and 40-minute patient appointments.
• Proficiency with Empower EMR preferred.
• Open to full-time or part-time clinicians. Flexible hours, expected 1040 hours per week.
