Job Description

Event Staff $18/hr

Join SAVARD Personnel Group - where your skills are valued!

Key Requirements:

Previous event, conference, venue, or trade show setup experience preferred.
Assist with event setup, including assembling badges, preparing merchandise bags, steaming flags, setting up registration areas, and booth setup.
Assist with event pack-out by boxing books, office supplies, and exhibit materials for shipment.
Load carts and transport event materials throughout the hotel to designated pickup locations.
Assist with weighing, labeling, and creating shipping logs as needed.
Ability to lift and carry heavy bins and boxes throughout the shift.

Shifts:

Event set up hours:

September 8th: 1PM-5PM
September 9th: 8AM-5PM
Subject to change if work gets completed early

Event pack out hours:

September 8th: 8AM-12PM
September 12th: 11AM-2PM
Subject to change if work gets completed early

Duration:

Temporary
