Geriatric Community Clinician & Outreach Specialist

Total Life, Inc. is expanding its in-person care team in California, seeking a licensed clinical social worker or licensed therapist to represent Total Life in the community. The role blends clinical practice and community engagement, providing wellness assessments and initial therapy sessions at partner residential locations. You will be the compassionate clinical face of Total Life in the field, connecting older adults to ongoing care, collaborating with a virtual therapy team, and maintaining #J-18808-Ljbffr Total Life, Inc.
