Job Description

As a Supply Chain Systems Analyst, you'll be at the heart of optimizing our supply chain operations through strategic system expertise and collaborative problem-solving. You'll partner with senior analysts to translate business needs into powerful system solutions, while driving continuous improvement across our ERP landscape.

Key Responsibilities:

 

• Develop deep product expertise across Supply Chain ERP modules and related systems, positioning yourself as a trusted resource for functional and technical guidance
• Collaborate with senior analysts to design comprehensive functional and technical requirements that directly address customer needs, then partner with IT to bring these solutions to life in production environments
• Lead end-user training initiatives for new product upgrades, implementations, and features—empowering teams to maximize system capabilities
• Drive quality assurance by designing and executing rigorous test plans, test scripts, and detailed design documentation that ensure system excellence
• Champion system optimization through active participation in upgrade initiatives and fit-gap analysis sessions, keeping our software current and competitive
• Build and maintain comprehensive business process maps and documentation that serve as organizational knowledge assets
• Leverage data analysis and master data management expertise to identify process improvements and unlock operational efficiencies across the supply chain

Qualifications

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor's degree required; 5 years of experience in lieu of bachelor's degree is acceptable.
• Must possess one to three years of work experience in Supply Chain in the healthcare space and at least one year in Supply Chain ERP systems.
• Experience in assisting with designing and executing test plans, test scripts, high level requirements and detailed design documents for testing ERP systems.
• Must have good communication skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Word and MS Visio, Peoplesoft or other ERP systems.
