Essential Purpose Engage and wow our members in every class by creating a sense of community with a fun results focused group workout where everyone feels successful. Responsibilities Answer questions and concerns of participants and solicit feedback about the class. Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards members while promoting the gym and group fitness classes. Be dependable and consistent in class schedule starting and ending times. Ensure group fitness studio cleanliness. Provide excellent customer service. Maintain building and equipment safety and perform necessary maintenance. Engage in continuing education. Maintain timeliness. Ensure member satisfaction. Manage class size appropriately. Report safety incidents and injuries promptly. Qualifications Takes ownership of results. Fights hard to win. Adapts well and quickly to various situations. Communicates well with members and teammates with a customer‑service mentality. Team player and willing to jump into any task and get it done. Extremely organized. Energetic. Great fitness role model and motivator. Good musicality (stays on the beat). Clear communicator with good cues. Dependable. Required Certifications Nationally accredited Group Fitness Certification. Valid CPR/AED Certification. Pay California Pay Range: $17.87—$55 USD Benefits A highly energetic and collaborative team.
