Work with Community Health Workers to find resources for families in need. Fitness center duties as assigned. RESPONSIBILITIES OF A PERSONAL TRAINER: Motivate and lead members through enjoyable exercise programs developed for their needs. Help members to set and reach their fitness goals through positive interactions, each session. *This is not an exhaustive list of job duties. Other duties, responsibilities and activities may be assigned. REQUIREMENTS TO BE A PERSONAL TRAINER: Minimum age of 18. Ability to motivate others. Must enjoy teaching others. YMCA Personal Training Instructor or equivalent.
