Accounting Administrator

All City Plumbing Air, & Electrical we are a rapidly growing award-winning, highly rated Plumbing, Hvac & Electical Company servicing, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County, and some of Los Angeles County. We are looking for a highly motivated Accounting Administrator that is looking to join and grow with our team. Must be highly proficent with quickbooks online. Responsibilities: Prepare and enter journal entries on a monthly and periodic basis Review transactions entered into financial systems. Prepare a monthly reconciliation of bank accounts and other general ledger accounts Coordinate month-end, quarter-end and year-end closing processes Coordinate State registrations and reporting Assist with administration of internal financial reporting system Publish monthly company and divisional financial statements Maintain payroll and other systems to keep alignment with divisional/client accounting Calculate and track bonus pay by Service Technicians Calculate blended overtime bonus rate Create and analyze Ad hoc reports Recommend cost-saving measures Comply with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations Pay company bills and vendors weekly Other duties as assigned Job Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business or Accounting from four-year college or university. At least 4 years of general accounting experience. Ability to read and interpret documents such as legal requirements, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
