Body Shop Estimator

Job Summary We are looking for a full‑time, dependable, highly motivated, friendly individual to join our Body Shop team as a Body Shop Estimator, a customer service representative at the dealership. Responsibilities Prepare estimates for insurance companies and potential customers. Assist customers with the repair process from the initial estimate to the final delivery. Follow up on progress of each repair order during the day and maintain contact with the customer regarding status. On completion of work, deliver the vehicle to the customer and close out the repair order in the dealership management system. Qualifications Prior customer service experience. Knowledge of insurance claims. Ability to effectively communicate with others, both verbal and written. Working estimating knowledge, including systems. Organization and multitasking skills, good time management and the ability to adapt to a fast‑paced environment. Ability to pass pre‑employment drug screening, background checks and a clean driving record.
