Senior Financial Analyst - Reporting & Analytics

A top ranked national law firm is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst – Reporting & Analytics to join its Los Angeles team. Key Responsibilities Maintain and prepare recurring financial and operational reports Analyze financial and business data and translate findings into clear reports and written analysis Compile weekly, monthly, and month-end reporting packages Track and report on utilization, KPIs, and business unit performance Support the development and testing of financial dashboards and new reporting tools Partner with Financial Analytics, Business Analytics, and Practice Management teams Handle ad hoc reporting, data requests, and analytical projects Serve as a resource to internal stakeholders and other financial analysts Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field required 2–3+ years of financial, business, or analytical experience Advanced Excel skills required Strong experience working with data and developing reports for business stakeholders Ability to interpret data and communicate key findings clearly Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Law firm or professional services experience is a plus, but not required SQL or Power BI experience is a strong plus Experience with Vena or Aderant is a plus #J-18808-Ljbffr Ray Thomas
