Daily Responsibilities: Provide 1:1 physical therapy services to patients Contribute to developing individualized treatment plans and rehabilitation programs Collaborate with orthopedic specialists, physician assistance, nurse practitioners and physical therapists to coordinate care planning Required Skills: Associates Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant Experience in outpatient orthopedic care Ability to work with patients of all ages, including geriatrics and pediatrics Ability to enjoy working in a high pace, high energy environment BLS Certification Willingness to learn new treatment techniques and approaches to keep practice aligned with current evidence Nice to Have Skills: Experience in acute care settings Knowledge of care planning for orthopedic conditions Previous experience in inpatient rehabilitation Salary and Benefits: We offer competitive salaries and a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, 401(k), health savings accounts (HSAs), dependent care flexible spending account, and paid time off.
