Clinical Trial Associate III

To support biotech, medtech, and specialty pharma companies, the full-time Clinical Trial Associate III will assist in electronic Trial Master File administration, maintain operational tracking tools, and participate in project team meetings while working remotely on a contract basis. Key responsibilities Assist in eTMF filing and administration, ensuring document completeness and conducting final site level reviews Create and maintain tracking tools for operational data, including Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and quality metrics Participate in project team meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and maintain action/decision logs Required qualifications Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in a clinical, biological, scientific, or health-related field 2 to 5 years of practical experience with clinical trial administration Strong knowledge of clinical studies and Trial Master File functionality Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
