Role Overview

The Manager of Digital Experience & Ecommerce is a leadership role responsible for shaping and executing Elizabeth Stuart’s digital presence in close collaboration with the Owner and the Director of Merchandising & Store Experience. This position connects brand storytelling, product assortment, and customer engagement across all digital channels to drive revenue, strengthen brand identity, and create a seamless experience between online and in-store.

Blending creative vision with strategic execution, this role oversees ecommerce merchandising, digital content, social media, and online customer experience to ensure Elizabeth Stuart’s digital platforms reflect the same beauty, sophistication, and standards as the showroom and garden divisions.

This position reports directly to the General Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Digital Experience & Ecommerce Leadership

• Own the overall digital experience for Elizabeth Stuart, ensuring seamless alignment between ecommerce, retail, and garden divisions.
\n
• Lead the aesthetic direction, user experience, and functionality across all digital platforms, including the website and social media channels.
\n
• Ensure every digital touchpoint reflects the Elizabeth Stuart brand identity, visual standards, and storytelling.
\n
• Oversee homepage updates, seasonal refreshes, online product launches, and site merchandising initiatives in partnership with leadership.
\n
• Continuously optimize the customer journey from discovery through purchase, improving site navigation, conversion, and overall user experience.
\n

Digital Merchandising & Inventory Management

\n
• Align online merchandising with in-store displays, seasonal assortments, and brand storytelling initiatives.
\n
• Oversee the full digital product lifecycle from introduction through sell-through, ensuring products are accurately represented and strategically positioned online.
\n
• Monitor digital sales performance, customer demand, and product trends to inform merchandising and inventory decisions.
\n
• Review monthly ecommerce best-seller performance and adjust product strategy, visibility, and promotional priorities accordingly.
\n

Product Integration & Ecommerce Execution

• Own new product integration and ensure timely, accurate, and visually compelling online launches.
\n
• Upload and launch product weekly, in accordance with photography and merchandising SOPs.
\n
• Manage the execution calendar for product drops, site updates, campaigns, and seasonal content launches.
\n
• Partner with buying, merchandising and GM to ensure product availability, pricing accuracy, and inventory integrity across digital channels.
\n

Social Media, Content & Brand Storytelling

\n
• Lead social media strategy in alignment with product launches, seasonal campaigns, and broader brand initiatives.
\n
• Oversee the creation of photography, creative assets, and marketing collateral that support ecommerce, social media, newsletters, and digital advertising.
\n
• Maintain a consistent brand voice and visual identity across all digital platforms.
\n
• Manage and maintain social media channels, including publishing, archiving, optimization, and account enhancements.
\n
• Publish 3-5  weekly posts and newsletters centered on current product availability, key brand stories, and inspirational content aligned with the Elizabeth Stuart aesthetic.
\n
• Initiate and manage platform improvements, including account verification, Meta optimization, and evolving social best practices.
\n

Digital Growth & Analytics

\n
• Use analytics and performance reporting to guide decision-making across traffic, conversion, sales, and customer behavior.
\n
• Develop and execute strategies to increase online revenue, customer acquisition, and customer retention.
\n
• Track and report monthly performance metrics, including ecommerce sales, campaign performance, conversion trends, and social engagement.
\n
• Identify opportunities to improve site performance, marketing effectiveness, and digital customer engagement.
\n

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner closely with the Director of Merchandising & Store Experience to ensure a cohesive brand experience across retail, ecommerce, email marketing, and social channels.

• Collaborate with store, merchandising, buying  and leadership teams to support seasonal campaigns, new product launches, and company-wide initiatives.
\n
• Support special projects and evolving business needs that strengthen Elizabeth Stuart’s digital presence and overall growth strategy.
\n
