Shipping and Receiving Clerk

Our client, a leading logistics and warehousing organization, is seeking a dedicated Shipping and Receiving Clerk to join their team. As a Shipping and Receiving Clerk, you will be an integral part of the warehouse operations supporting the shipping department. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Mansfield, MA

Shift: 11:00 am to 7:30 am

What's the Job?

• Assemble and fulfill customer orders for shipment to customers or other divisions
• Schedule, load, and unload LTL freight common carrier orders as requested
• Process shipment paperwork, verify merchandise accuracy, and prepare BOL information for LTL shipments
• Pack orders into crates or pallets and arrange on dock lanes for truck routes
• Utilize RF handheld scanners for picking orders and restocking materials after receipt

What's Needed?

• Ability to meet deadlines and maintain excellent attendance
• Willingness to work overtime as needed
• Critical thinking skills to resolve customer inquiries effectively
• Proficiency with computers and warehouse equipment such as stand-up reach trucks or cherry pickers
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and follow safety protocols
