Role Description: As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Seth Gardner - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional client experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support. Responsibilities: Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information, assist clients with policy changes and updates, process insurance claims and follow up with clients, maintain accurate records of customer interactions

Qualifications: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, detail-oriented and able to multitask, previous customer service experience preferred

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $46,000.00 per year
