Key Responsibilities Execute proven prospecting systems (database marketing, open houses, networking, and digital outreach) to build a consistent pipeline of buyers and sellers. Consult with buyers and sellers through real estate transactions from initial consultation to closing. Prepare Comparative Market Analyses (CMAs), conduct home walkthroughs, and host open houses. Draft, negotiate, and manage real estate purchase and sales agreements. Stay knowledgeable on local housing market trends. Qualifications For New / Aspiring Agents: Active MA, RI, or NH Real Estate License (or actively enrolled in an accredited real estate pre-licensing course). For Experienced Agents: Proven track record of transactions with a desire to double or triple annual sales volume utilizing stronger leverage and systems. Comfortable learning and adopting digital tools, CRM systems, and real estate apps. Compensation & Growth Commission-based with uncapped earning potential.
