Responsibilities: Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of medical conditions, including orthopedic, neurological, and cardiovascular disorders Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patients' range of motion, strength, balance, and mobility Conduct daily therapy sessions, including exercises, activities, and modalities as prescribed by the patient's plan of care Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure high-quality care and coordination Document patient progress, including treatment notes, billing information, and discharge summaries Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient care and develop treatment plans Maintain a clean and organized therapy area, including equipment and supplies Requirements: Physical Therapist licensure in the state of Florida Bachelor's or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent interruptions Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lift, transfer, and move patients as needed What We Offer: Competitive wages Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative and supportive work environment Participation in our comprehensive benefits package #J-18808-Ljbffr
