Stock Room Clerk

Job Title

Warehouse Material Handler

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against packing slips and purchase orders
• Accurately stock and organize materials in designated storage locations
• Maintain inventory accuracy through routine cycle counting and inventory audits
• Issue materials to production and ensure proper documentation of all transactions
• Monitor stock levels and communicate shortages or discrepancies to leadership
• Label, tag, and store items in compliance with company procedures
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (if certified)
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized stockroom environment
• Assist with shipping, receiving, and general warehouse duties as needed
• Follow all safety, quality, and company policies and procedures

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Previous warehouse or stockroom experience preferred
• Basic computer skills (inventory systems, data entry, Microsoft Office)
• Ability to read and interpret work orders, inventory reports, and ship documents
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Physical Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly
• Standing, walking, bending, and lifting throughout the shift
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Work Environment

• Manufacturing / warehouse setting
• Exposure to moving equipment and materials
• Must always follow PPE and safety requirements

Schedule

• 3 RD Shift 6:30 pm -5:00 am
