Forklift Operator

American Lumper Services is a growing warehouse management company that is looking for qualified sit-down and stand-up forklift operators in the Rancho Cordova, CA area. Forklift experience is required.

Responsibilities:

Assist in unloading trucks while operating equipment.
Assist in loading trucks while operating equipment.
Must be able to work overtime upon request from management.
Stage pallets for loading on the proper dock locations.
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Maintain the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Manually stack cartons on pallets

Shift:

The facility operates 7 days per week. Each operator will be assigned to work 5 days in a row and then be off 2 days in a row. All shifts work both Saturday and Sunday.

Shift Time:

6am - 4pm

Pay rate: $22.00/hr. (weekly pay on Fridays)

Benefits:

Health Insurance- after 30 days
PTO- (accrual starts from day 1, but can not be used until day 90)
401K- after 180 days (6 months)
On-Demand Pay

Requirements:

Must have forklift experience
Must undergo a background check
Must be able to pass a drug test
Must possess basic reading and math skills
Must have an eye for detail
Must be able to lift 25+ lbs consistently
Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl
Must perform other duties as assigned
Must have reliable transportation
Employer participates in E-Verify
Must be reliable
