Your deep understanding of applications, platforms, and products will position you as a key bridge between product owners, business, operations, and software developers. Utilizing advanced analytical reasoning and technical fluency, you will translate complex business requirements into well-structured and technically feasible solutions. You will make data-informed decisions and provide strategic insights to support key business initiatives. As a technical subject matter expert, you'll navigate ambiguity, manage change effectively, and communicate compellingly with diverse stakeholder audiences to ensure the highest quality and professionalism in service delivery.Job responsibilitiesLead the elicitation, documentation, and validation of business and data flow requirements, ensuring alignment with stakeholder expectations and technical feasibilityDevelop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to provide strategic guidance and innovative solutions for complex projectsModel the design and implementation of technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems and infrastructureUtilize advanced data analytics techniques to extract insights from large, diverse datasets, driving data-informed decision-making and supporting key business initiativesMentor and guide team members in the application of technical writing and analytical reasoning skills, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in solutions analysis, data modelling, technical program delivery in Financial industryDemonstrated expertise in data analysis and data application, including hands-on experience with major data visualization platformsAdvanced knowledge of data analytics techniques, with experience in developing and interpreting models, diagrams, and data-driven insightsProven ability to apply technical fluency in current and relevant platforms, software tools, and technologies to drive innovative solutionsStrong track record of leading through change, navigating ambiguous situations, and managing dependencies in complex projectsWorking knowledge of AI/ML models and practical experience with AI tools Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skillsfinancial industry experienceKnowing Python, Data Bricks and Data Engineering would be a plus.
