You'll have the chance to work across 2-3 sites, supporting K-12th grade students with a manageable caseload of approximately 80 individuals.

Desired Qualifications and Experience:

• Valid OT licensure in Indiana
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric occupational therapy preferred
• Comfort working with a broad age range in educational settings
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to manage and adapt to multiple site assignments efficiently

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for students
• Deliver direct and consultative OT services in alignment with IEP goals
• Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Document evaluations, interventions, and progress in compliance with school and state guidelines
• Provide training and resources to staff to facilitate student participation and independence
