Bites is an AI-first microlearning platform for frontline teams. Brands like Amazon, Unilever, Victoria’s Secret and Leonardo Hotels use it to train, onboard and engage employees who don’t work at a desk. Training comes as short mobile videos that people actually watch. We’re gearing up for massive growth and building our US GTM team.
The role
You’ll own a territory and build it from the ground up. You’ll find the accounts, run discovery with operations, HR and L&D leaders, and close new business with some of the largest frontline employers in the US.
We’re an AI-first company with an AI-first approach to sales, but we’re still a startup. Early on, you’ll find most of your own pipeline, and you’ll help shape how we sell.
We’re hiring at two levels:
- Mid-Market: accounts with 1,000 to 10,000 frontline employees. 2 to 5 years of closing experience.
- Enterprise: accounts with 10,000+ frontline employees. 5 to 10 years of closing experience.
What you’ll do
- Build and work a territory of named accounts in your vertical
- Find most of your own pipeline through prospecting
- Run discovery with operations, HR, L&D and frontline leaders
- Lead complex deals with many stakeholders, from first meeting to signed contract
- Turn pilots into company-wide rollouts
- Feed what you learn back into our playbook, messaging and product
What you bring
- A record of closing new business, with numbers you can walk us through
- Experience selling to restaurants, hotels and casinos, retail, or CPG and manufacturing
- A background selling frontline training, L&D or LMS, or other software to the same operators, such as scheduling, POS, workforce management or frontline communication tools
- A clear system for prospecting, running deals and managing pipeline
- Curiosity, coachability and a builder mindset: you get things done with or without resources
- Willingness to travel 15 to 20% of the time

- Experience at an early-stage company
