Conduct assessments in both inpatient and outpatient environments, crafting tailored treatment plans for each patient

Deliver physical therapy interventions aimed at improving mobility, increasing strength, enhancing balance, and restoring functional capabilities

Engage collaboratively with medical professionalsincluding nurses, doctors, and case managersto maximize patient outcomes

Guide patients and their families through education covering therapeutic objectives, discharge plans, and home exercise routines

Maintain accurate documentation of evaluations, treatments, and progress consistent with facility and regulatory standards

Participate actively in interdisciplinary team meetings to ensure comprehensive and cohesive care

Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent degree from an accredited institution

State licensure as a Physical Therapist

CPR certification preferred

Additional specialized certifications (e.g., neurological, geriatric) are a plus but not mandatory

Preferred previous experience in a similar setting
