Description

• Keep detailed documentation of evaluations, treatment methodologies, and patient progress in line with facility protocols and regulatory standards.

Education

• A Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) or an equivalent qualification from an accredited institution.

Certifications

• State licensure for practicing as a Physical Therapist
• CPR certification is preferred
