Administer personalized speech therapy sessions targeting various aspects including communication, language fluency, vocal quality, and swallowing capabilities.

Collaborate effectively with physical and occupational therapists, nurses, doctors, family members, and caregivers to devise cohesive care plans.

Encourage patient and family education to bolster progress beyond clinical encounters.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and interventions to ensure seamless care throughout the patient's treatment path.

Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with state, federal, and institutional regulations.

Engage in ongoing professional development and peer collaboration to stay current with the latest advancements in the field.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited academic institution.

Completion of a supervised Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if not currently ASHA-certified.

State licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA is preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification is required within the first month of employment.

Mastery of evidence-based treatment methodologies for all demographics, with a comprehensive understanding of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Outstanding interpersonal communication skills for engaging with patients, families, and multifaceted care teams.

Capacity to modify therapy practices to address diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving prowess.
