Retail Sales Consultant

What you'll be doing Acquires and retains potential and existing customers by presenting and selling Cellcom’s product and service offerings from a retail location and over the phone. Provide world‑class customer experience with each interaction through value selling while maintaining operational efficiency. Meet and/or exceed personal sales objectives by following the sales process. Stay current with required trainings through the LMS and in‑classroom learnings. Participate with in‑store merchandising standards to ensure planograms are completed along with store cleanliness. Offer new services, rate plans and products to potential and existing customers at a retail location and over the phone Meets individual goals for activations, accessories, device protection and customer retention Present product and services in a value selling manner following the sales process to ensure transparency is provided to our customers Executes and ensures the customer service delivery process is completed in an accurate and efficient manner in the retail location and over the phone while consistently displaying a positive attitude and professional image Follows appropriate procedures for customer identification and information privacy Adhere to company policies preventing false churn transactions Input detailed notes to each account that is accessed Other duties as assigned Qualifications High School Education or equivalent 1–2 years of retail or related experience Valid driver’s license It would also be helpful, but not required to have: Cellcom does not cap commissions so Consultants can earn more than $26/hour if they are exceeding sales goals.
