Job TitleMajor Duties And ResponsibilitiesOnboarding new customers to the STARS platform:Operational coordination of STARS client activation/set-up:Liaison with IT and track activities (highlight priorities to IT, remove roadblocks, etc)Manage inbound and outbound data exchange process as it pertains to:EDI, sales, and inventory dataTroubleshoot and resolve any missing incoming dataConduct customer’s performance analysis together with plannersInteract with Account Managers and customers to define and monitor data flowData Management:Monitor order generation (SAP systems) and ensure seamless order creationData alignment – ensure inbound data flow are accurate with stock alignments and auditsElaborate reporting on data related metricsSet up/maintain new and existing accounts in SAPStreamline existing and new processAdditional responsibilities/projects to be assigned based on business needs and priorityBasic QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Informatics or Engineering2 to 3 years of previous experienceExcellent ability to identify business issues and ability to cut through complexitySuperior analytical and project management skillsUnderstand process flows and can predict potential issuesSound interpersonal and communication skillsKnowledge of SAP, Excel and SQL preferredRequired Skills: Data Analysis Additional Skills: Data Analyst
