clients through our proven sales processEducate clients on the benefits of the Elements Wellness ProgramConfidently ask for the sale and work toward individual and studio goalsBuild genuine relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal clientsRecommend services and retail products based on client needsManage appointment scheduling, client communication, and daily front desk responsibilitiesFollow up with prospective and existing clients to encourage future visitsTurn client feedback—even challenging situations—into positive, memorable experiencesWork closely with our benefits and value of the Elements Wellness Program, our simple and hassle-free membershipConfidently follow our proven sales process to convert first-time guests into loyal Wellness Program membersServe as both the first and last impression of the studio by delivering warm, professional hospitality in person and over the phoneBuild genuine relationships with new and existing clients to encourage retention, referrals, and future visitsManage appointment scheduling, client communication, paperwork, and payment processing accurately and efficientlyFollow up with prospective and existing clients to support membership and studio growthConfidently address client questions or concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a solutions-focused approachCollaborate closely with Managers and Service Providers to maintain a positive, supportive, and team-driven environmentContribute to individual and studio sales goals while keeping the client experience at the heart of every interactionQualificationsQualificationsWe're looking for someone who is people-focused, sales-driven, dependable, and excited to grow in a wellness-focused environment.Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, hospitality, or another client-facing role preferredDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales goals in a performance-driven environmentStrong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to quickly build trust and genuine rapportComfortable discussing services, pricing, memberships, and promotions—and confidently asking for the saleGoal-oriented and motivated by achieving individual and team resultsExcellent organizational skills with strong attention to detailAbility to multitask, prioritize, and remain composed in a fast-paced environmentProfessional, dependable, and positive with a solutions-focused mindsetCoachable and receptive to feedback, training, and continued developmentComfortable making outbound calls and
