This role will be a key contributor to Offer Modernization, while also identifying and delivering new capabilities that improve how we create, manage, deliver, and optimize customer offers.The ideal candidate combines strong product management and Agile delivery experience with familiarity in Generative AI and Agentic AI and an innovation mindset. This individual will work across Product, Marketing, Technology, Data, Operations, Risk, and other stakeholders to modernize existing platforms, simplify complex processes, and explore emerging technologies that can improve customer and employee experiences.The role will have responsibility for both core platform transformation and forward-looking innovation, including opportunities to apply Agentic AI, intelligent automation, advanced decisioning, and new technology capabilities to solve business problems and create scalable, reusable solutions.Transformation & InnovationDrive product strategy and execution for the transformation of offer platforms and related capabilities, moving from legacy and manual processes toward modern, scalable solutions.Identify and prioritize innovation opportunities beyond the core Offer Modernization roadmap that can deliver meaningful customer, business, or operational value.Explore emerging technologies, including Agentic AI and Generative AI, and translate promising concepts into tangible use cases, prototypes, MVPs, and production capabilities.Challenge existing processes and identify opportunities to simplify, automate, standardize, or reimagine how work gets done.Partner with architecture, engineering, data, AI, business, and control teams to assess feasibility, value, risk, and scalability of new capabilities.Help establish reusable capabilities and product patterns that can extend across multiple offer types, products, channels, and customer journeys.Preferred QualificationsExperience in one of the following - financial services, banking, MarTech, offer management, rewards, pricing, personalization, or customer decisioning.Experience leading or contributing to large-scale platform modernization or transformation initiatives, particularly where legacy processes and technologies are being replaced with modern, scalable capabilities.Familiarity with Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts, including AI agents, LLMs, orchestration, grounding/RAG, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop approaches.Experience identifying opportunities to apply AI, automation, or emerging technologies to simplify processes, improve customer experiences, or increase operational efficiency.Ability to translate innovative concepts into business use cases, MVPs, product capabilities, and actionable roadmaps.Experience working with enterprise technology, architecture, data, AI/ML, and engineering teams to bring new capabilities from concept through implementation.Understanding of APIs, enterprise data integrations, SaaS platforms, and modern technology architectures.Familiarity with Responsible AI, data privacy, governance, risk, and control considerations within a highly regulated environment.Product Owner or Product Management certification, such as CSPO or SAFe POPM, is a plus and is also identified as desirable in the existing Offer Modernization posting.What Success Looks Likehelping move the organization beyond simply replacing legacy technology to building a modern, intelligent, and scalable offer ecosystem, while creating a pipeline of innovation that can continue to evolve the platform.The successful candidate will:Transform the offer ecosystem: Help modernize legacy platforms, processes, and workflows into simpler, scalable, and reusable capabilities.Accelerate speed-to-market: Reduce unnecessary complexity and manual effort so new offers and capabilities can move from concept to market faster.Drive meaningful innovation: Identify emerging technologies and new approaches that solve real business problems, moving the strongest ideas from concept to MVP to scalable capability.Advance Agentic AI: Identify practical opportunities where AI agents and intelligent automation can augment teams, orchestrate workflows, improve quality, and simplify complex processes.Improve customer and employee experiences: Design capabilities that make offers easier to create, manage and deliver while ultimately enabling more relevant and consistent customer experiences.Build for scale, not one-off solutions: Establish reusable capabilities and patterns that can support multiple products, offer types, channels, and customer journeys.Balance innovation with control: Work effectively across Product, Technology, Data, Operations, Risk, and other stakeholders to ensure new solutions are innovative while appropriately governed.Create measurable business value: Establish clear outcomes and measures of success so that transformation and innovation investments are connected to customer, business, and operational impact.PNC Employees take pride in our reputation and to continue building upon that we expect our employees to be:Customer Focused -
