Desired Experience and Qualifications:

• Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required
• Previous experience working in school settings or with K-12 populations highly preferred

• Ability to create individualized treatment plans and deliver data-driven interventions
• Proficient in training and supporting instructional staff in implementing behavior strategies
