What You'll Be Doing

• Safely operate front-end loaders to move, load, and stockpile raw and finished materials
• Load customer and company trucks efficiently while following all safety and quality standards
• Perform pre-operational inspections and report equipment issues promptly
• Maintain clean, organized work areas and material stockpiles
• Work collaboratively with plant team members to meet production and shipping needs

What Are We Looking For

• Demonstrated ability to safely operate heavy equipment in an industrial environment
• Strong focus on safety, situational awareness, and compliance with procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced setting
• Basic mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn equipment operations
• Dependable attendance and flexibility to work assigned schedules

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
• Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
