Ocean Export CoordinatorLocation: Doral, FL 33172 | Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PMAre you an experienced logistics professional looking for your next opportunity in international freight forwarding? We're seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Ocean Export Coordinator to join our team!Industry: Freight Forwarding / LogisticsResponsibilities:Coordinate export bookings with steamship lines, co-loaders, and trucking companiesCreate and manage shipments in Cargowise systemPrepare and process documents: MBL, HBL, D/O, AESHandle in-bond shipments and transmit 7512 (IT, T&E, IE)Follow up with carriers, trucking companies, and co-loaders to ensure timely deliveryMaintain ongoing communication with overseas agents and customersEnsure all documentation and billing is completed accurately in CargowiseRequirements:Minimum 3 years of experience with a freight forwarder (REQUIRED)Proficiency in international shipping and export proceduresExperience using Cargowise is a strong plusBilingual English & Spanish is a PlusExcellent attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to multitaskMust be a team player and self-starter with a proactive mindsetCompensation / Pay Rate (Up to): $28.00 - $29.00 Per Hour
