Director, People Analytics

Overview At Everpure, we’re building a world‑class people analytics function from the ground up. We need a Director of People Analytics to own the foundation—establishing a trusted data infrastructure, metrics, governance, and eventually layering insight, automation, and AI. Responsibilities Conduct a rigorous audit of the current data infrastructure, metric definitions, and reporting workflows to reduce core reporting cycle from days to minutes. Design and incrementally deliver a self‑service analytics ecosystem: descriptive, diagnostic, predictive, and prescriptive analytics. Establish unified metric definitions, data governance standards, and quality controls across all regional HR platforms, creating a single trusted source of truth. Identify and pilot automation and AI tools that eliminate manual workflows and accelerate insight generation. Translate complex data into clear, compelling narratives for senior leadership, focusing on retention risk, hiring efficacy, and business performance. Navigate and earn credibility with stakeholders—partner with IT, Finance, and Total Rewards—to integrate HR data into the broader enterprise ecosystem. Manage a direct report and a matrixed Bangalore‑based analytics team, providing clarity of purpose, prioritization, and growth as the function scales. Ensure on‑site collaboration: work from Everpure’s CA office unless on approved leave. Qualifications Builder mindset: experience establishing and scaling a people analytics function from early stage. HR domain fluency: deep understanding of the employee lifecycle and ability to translate HR metrics to business leaders. Data infrastructure & engineering acumen: hands‑on experience with data pipelines, warehouses, and integration architecture (Snowflake, Workday, Visier, etc.). AI curiosity and applied fluency: practical experience deploying AI and automation tools in HR analytics. Visualization and storytelling: proficient in BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent) and ability to craft executive‑ready narratives. Stakeholder credibility & change management: proven track record of managing expectations and building trust. Data governance & privacy: strong knowledge of data governance, metric standardization, and international privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, etc.). People management: experience leading small analytics teams, including geographically distributed members. Benefits and Compensation Base salary range: $205,000—$308,000 USD, with potential incentive pay and equity.
