Equipment Sales Representative – Join Our Family-Owned Business in Chiefland FL!

The Love Group has been a trusted name in Levy County, and we’re growing! We’re looking for a self-motivated, passionate individual to join our team at our Power Equipment Team in Chiefland.

What You’ll Do:
Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, construction companies, and local businesses
Assess customer needs and recommend the best equipment solutions
Conduct product demonstrations and provide training to clients
Negotiate sales agreements and close deals
Proactively engage with clients to meet and exceed sales targets
Stay up to date on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors
What We’re Looking For:
Proven sales experience, preferably in heavy equipment, construction, or related industries
Strong knowledge of heavy machinery and its applications (preferred, but not required)
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Results-driven attitude with a passion for building lasting relationships
Familiarity with Levy County and surrounding areas (a plus)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
