The Doubletree by Hilton Colorado Springs is hiring a Front Desk Supervisor. This is a full time position. The hotel front desk supervisor oversees daily front desk operations, trains and leads staff, and ensures high guest satisfaction.

Compensation:

$20 - $20.50 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Staff Supervision: Manage front desk team schedules, assign daily tasks, and monitor staff performance.

• Guest Service & Resolution: Greet guests, manage check-ins and check-outs, and resolve escalated guest complaints.

• Operations & Training: Train new hires, enforce hotel standards, and coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance departments.

• Financial Duties: Reconcile cash drawers, audit shift reports, and verify billing accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent; a hospitality management degree is preferred.

• Experience: 1 to 3 years of front desk or guest service experience, including prior leadership or supervisory training.

• Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, organization, and proficiency in hotel Property Management Systems (PMS).

• Availability: Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
