Providing technical assistance and in-unit training Supporting supervisors with daily operations Reviewing cases and giving feedback to improve accuracy Mentoring staff and helping address identified training needs Assisting with client concerns and fair hearing reviews Participating in workgroups, committees, and special projects Strong knowledge of Food Assistance and Medicaid policy and procedures is highly preferred.
