Key Highlights Weekly pay: $2,596 - $2,752 per week Guaranteed hours: 40 per week Contract duration: 24 weeks Shift: 4x10-hour days Start date: 10/05/2026 Setting: Rural, critical access hospital environment Responsibilities Perform PT evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans to address physical function and mobility goals Plan and execute therapy interventions using evidence-based techniques; adjust as needed based on patient progress Co-lead and participate in interdisciplinary patient groups and care planning Develop and communicate discharge plans; ensure continuity of care with appropriate stakeholders Document assessments, plans, progress notes, and outcomes in a timely, accurate manner Supervise assigned assistants and collaborate with other care team members to optimize patient outcomes Requirements Education: Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) required; only if licensure obtained on or after January 2016, or foreign equivalent Licensure: Physical Therapy licensure in the state of practice required Certifications: CPR/BLS certification from an approved vendor required Experience: Two years of Physical Therapy experience preferred; at least two years’ recent field experience noted in job requirements Additional: Current nursing license per state of assignment; ability to work in a travel assignment in a rural setting Benefits and Support 24/7 recruiter and travel support Dedicated assignment support throughout the contract Fast credentialing process Extension opportunities for continued placement beyond the initial term Please note: Pay rates and guaranteed hours are estimates and may vary.
