Work you’ll do As a Microsoft Dynamics365 F&O Senior Manager, you will contribute to the firm's growth and development in a variety of ways, including: Engagement Management: Lead engagement planning and budgeting; mobilize and manage engagement teams; define deliverable structure and content; facilitate buy-in of proposed solutions from top management levels at the client; direct on-time, quality delivery of work products; manage engagement economics; manage engagement riskClient Management: Manage day-to-day interactions with executive clients and sponsorsBusiness Development: Develop and maintain contact with top decision makers at key clients; organize and lead pursuit teams; participate in and lead aspects of the proposal development process; contribute to the development of proposal pricing strategiesPractice Development & Eminence: Develop practical solutions and methodologies; develop "thoughtware" and "point-of-view" documents; participate in public speaking events; get published in industry periodicalsPeople Development: Perform role of counselor and coach; provide input and guidance in the staffing process; actively participate in staff recruitment and retention activities; provide leadership and support for delivery teams and staff in local offices Qualifications 10+ years of consulting or industry experience8+ years of F&O ERP project implementations with a minimum of 4 years of MS D365 F&O ERP4+ years of experience overseeing multiple project teams4+ years of experience in generating new client businessA minimum of 6 full life cycle MS D365 F&O or comparable ERP implementations from planning to go-liveBachelor’s degree or 8 years of equivalent professional experience implementing MS D365 F&OAbility to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serveMust be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future. Preferred Functional knowledge of MS D365 F&O ERP processes and systemsDynamics 365 solution data modelData migration tools and processes within Dynamics 365Experience with D365 Manufacturing, advanced Warehouse ManagementFamiliarity with key ISV solutions AppSource and Microsoft's partnering modelAdvanced degree in the area of specialization Wages + Salary The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Deloitte, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $163,400 to $322,100. You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to the rules governing the program, whereby an award, if any, depends on various factors, including, without limitation, individual and organizational performance.
