Position Summary

We are seeking dependable and detail-oriented Packers to support warehouse and fulfillment operations. Packers are responsible for accurately preparing products for shipment, maintaining an organized work environment, and assisting the warehouse team in meeting daily production and shipping goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately pack and prepare products for shipment using appropriate materials and equipment.

• Inspect products and packaging to ensure accuracy and quality standards are met.

• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

• Assist with loading and unloading delivery trucks as needed.

• Work collaboratively with warehouse team members to meet daily production and shipping objectives.

• Follow all company safety procedures, quality standards, and operational guidelines.

• Perform additional warehouse duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse or packing experience preferred.

• Ability to work efficiently and accurately in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic.

• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.

Working Conditions

This position is performed in a warehouse environment and requires extended periods of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and lifting. Candidates should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and operating basic packing equipment. Shift work, occasional overtime, and weekend work may be required based on business needs.

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay Rate: $14.00 per hour

• Position Type: Temporary
