The Dishwasher Utility plays a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in a restaurant kitchen or cafeteria. This position involves direct and frequent collaboration with kitchen staff to ensure a smooth operation by keeping the dishware, kitchen areas, and equipment clean and sanitized.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
• Clean kitchen surfaces and floors
• Dispose of trash in accordance with sanitation policies
• Sanitize work areas and dishwashing stations

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in kitchen or dishwashing roles
