All Metro Health Care, a Modivcare Personal Care Service, is looking for an Employee Support Specialist in Port Jefferson, NY. In this role, you’ll provide in-person support and assistance to our employees while helping create a positive employee experience.

What You'll Do:

• Support the onboarding process for new hires and help create a smooth, welcoming experience
• Assist employees with required onboarding documentation, background checks, drug screenings, HR forms, and other onboarding activities
• Coordinate new hire paperwork, orientations, training, and professional development activities
• Educate employees on available benefits and resources, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness programs
• Support positive employee relations by addressing employee questions and concerns and partnering with HR and operational teams to provide timely support and resolution
• Partner with HR and operational teams to ensure employees receive the support and resources they need
• Conduct exit interviews and share feedback with the HR team to help identify trends and opportunities for improvement

What You'll Need:

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience
• 1+ year of Human Resources (HR), employee support, onboarding, or related experience
• Homecare or healthcare experience preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities
