Corporate Maintenance Manager

Develop and implement a division-wide maintenance strategy across multiple sites Lead, coach, and develop maintenance professionals to support operational goals Oversee maintenance, repair, and equipment installation activities Manage maintenance budgets, resources, and capital improvement projects Utilize maintenance metrics and data analytics to drive continuous improvement Improve equipment uptime, reliability, and overall operational efficiency Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory requirements Conduct regular safety audits and enforce strict safety protocols for all maintenance staff Monitor the condition of all corporate facilities, grounds, and equipment through regular inspections Oversee the installation, repair, and upkeep of all systems, including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical systems Utilize a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to track maintenance activities, analyze performance metrics, and generate reports for senior leadership Lead the response to emergency repairs and equipment breakdowns, troubleshooting issues under pressure to minimize operational disruptions Requirements Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial), Facilities Management, or a related technical field 5+ years of experience in maintenance management, with experience overseeing multiple facilities or a large-scale operation Certifications such as Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP) are highly valued Proficiency with Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) like SAP or Maximo Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and HVAC systems Experience with preventive and predictive maintenance strategies Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and other technical diagrams Ability to travel as directed by leader / division oversight Exceptional leadership and team management abilities Excellent communication skills for interacting with all levels of staff and external vendors Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and project management capabilities Possess proactive, results-oriented mindset.
