Facilities Maintenance Manager | Aerospace Manufacturing | Orange County, CA About the Opportunity We're partnering with a well-established aerospace manufacturer seeking a Facilities Maintenance Manager to oversee facilities, maintenance, and environmental health & safety (EH&S) within a complex manufacturing operation. This is a high-impact leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys improving operational reliability, developing teams, and driving a culture of safety and continuous improvement. What You'll Do Lead all aspects of facilities, maintenance, and EH&S operations across multiple manufacturing sites. Develop and execute preventive and predictive maintenance strategies to improve equipment reliability and minimize downtime. Oversee facility upgrades, infrastructure improvements, and capital projects. Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable environmental, health, and safety regulations. Partner with Operations, Engineering, Quality, and Manufacturing to support production objectives and continuous improvement initiatives. Lead, mentor, and develop maintenance and facilities personnel while promoting accountability and operational excellence. What You Bring 7+ years of facilities, maintenance, or plant engineering leadership within a manufacturing environment. Experience leading maintenance teams, facility operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. Strong understanding of industrial equipment, building infrastructure, and maintenance best practices. Working knowledge of environmental, health, and safety regulations in a manufacturing setting. Experience managing vendors, contractors, budgets, and capital improvement projects. Excellent leadership, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills. Why Join?
