Enterprise Account Executive (Retail AI)

We’re hiring a driven Enterprise Account Executive to help accelerate ADA’s next phase of growth. What You Will Do

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through close for retail enterprises, delivering a high-quality customer experience throughout.
• Drive revenue and growth for the Retail AI business across US and Canadian markets, selling retail SaaS solutions and productized services, targeting deals greater than $250,000.
• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual new business goals, generating a minimum of 25% of your target pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and regional networking.
• Build and maintain a healthy, disciplined pipeline through strong follow-up, deal management, and forecasting hygiene.
• Lead thoughtful discovery conversations and first-level solution demonstrations to uncover business- and technology-level challenges and goals.
• Navigate multiple stakeholders and executive groups (Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, and IT/Data) throughout the sales process.
• Position ADA’s solutions through a consultative sales approach tailored to each retailer’s needs.
• Co-sell with Databricks and Snowflake field teams on joint opportunities, including account planning, partner engagement, and joint solution positioning.
• Maintain a strong understanding of the retail analytics and AI landscape, industry trends, and ADA’s competitive positioning.
• Partner with Business Development and Product Marketing teams to identify expansion opportunities and create effective Go-To-Market messaging.

What You Will Bring to the Table

• Proven track record in generating new business, surpassing sales targets, and closing deals over $250,000 in the US and Canada
• 7+ years of full-cycle SaaS closing experience in a quota-carrying role, with at least 5 years selling to retail enterprises.
• Experience selling retail analytics, AI applications, or services is a plus.
• Experience co-selling with technology partners such as Databricks and/or Snowflake.
• Strong executive engagement experience across Merchandising, Supply Chain, Marketing, and IT/Data, backed by established relationships in the retail sector.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills paired with a strong executive presence.
• A high sense of ownership and accountability; you operate as a self-starter with a hunter mindset who proactively manages your business.
• An experimental mindset and eagerness to leverage AI and modern sales tools to work smarter, move faster, and improve execution.
• High coachability, intellectual curiosity, and a genuine desire to continually hone your craft.
• Flexibility to travel approximately 25% of the time throughout the US and Canada.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary Range: $160,000 – $190,000 base + variable commission (Estimated on-target earnings / OTE: $270,000 – $300,000).
