Responsibilities
- Perform advanced radiation therapy procedures including SBRT, SRS, and complex CT simulations; analyze imaging and resolve setup variances.
- Support training for students and new staff; participate in daily equipment QA; coordinate service needs; help develop departmental competencies, techniques, and policies.
- Lead safety and quality-improvement efforts; stay current with emerging technologies; participate in incident learning and peer review.
- Manage charge reconciliation when needed; collaborate with the care team; maintain accurate documentation in the EMR.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements; contribute to continued learning and department-wide policy updates.

Requirements
- Active ARRT licensure (R and T) with an up-to-date state license
- EMR experience required: EPIC/ARIA
- Minimum 3-5 years clinical experience in radiation therapy
- Demonstrated competency in CT Simulation and SRS/SBRT delivery (Brainlab preferred)
- Completion of Radiation Therapist II Competency Advancement Checklist
- Minimum 1-2 years travel experience
- Availability to work the stated shift (5x8 days); on-site in Chillicothe; on-call not required
