You help grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agent office departments. Our office has a performance-driven culture with a strong emphasis on coaching and professional development.Responsibilities include developing and maintaining customer relationships to drive retention and growth, conducting policy reviews and providing recommendations to customers, overseeing the resolution of complex customer issues, and using your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain, and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.Qualifications include experience in insurance sales or account management preferred, leadership and interpersonal skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and a willingness to engage in sales conversations.Compensation: $58,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year.We are a very busy office and are looking for our next great team member.
