Location Description Post Consumer Brands’ Fenton office serves as a satellite corporate location supporting a variety of business functions. With approximately 100 employees, the office works closely with headquarters to drive operations across finance, IT, marketing, and supply chain. About the Fenton Community Fenton is a suburban community within the St. Louis metropolitan area, offering convenient access to major highways and business hubs. Responsibilities B2B Pet Sales Support Administrator Join a collaborative team supporting Post Consumer Brands’ growing B2B Pet business. In this role, you’ll work closely with the Project Manager, Sales team, Customer Service team, and our customers to help ensure projects move forward, customer needs are met, and critical business processes stay organized and accurate. This position plays an important role in supporting current customer relationships, new customer development, and day-to-day operational execution. The ideal candidate is highly organized, customer-focused, and comfortable working with multiple priorities at once. Success in this role comes from building strong relationships, maintaining accuracy, communicating effectively, and confidently driving tasks to completion across a variety of stakeholders. Key Responsibilities Serve as a primary point of contact for customer questions and requests, directing inquiries to the appropriate resources when needed Deliver a high level of professionalism and customer service through phone, email, and written communications Manage customer portals and maintain accurate, current customer information and documentation Coordinate customer sample requests and other customer support activities Support customer onboarding and development efforts by assisting the B2B Pet sales team and Project Manager Monitor project timelines and assist in keeping customer and internal projects moving toward completion Act as a backup for customer service order entry activities and related support functions Communicate updates, information, and customer needs effectively across internal teams Maintain accurate documentation and ensure compliance with customer and company requirements Track and support customer satisfaction objectives through responsive service and follow-through Protect confidential business, customer, and company information Support additional projects and responsibilities as assigned Why You’ll Love This Role Make a meaningful impact by supporting customer relationships and business growth within the expanding B2B Pet business Work cross-functionally with sales, customer service, project management, and operational teams Enjoy a role that offers a mix of customer interaction, project coordination, and administrative support Gain exposure to multiple areas of the business while building valuable skills and experience Join a company that combines big company opportunities with a collaborative, small-company culture Qualifications Location Requirements Position can be Hybrid in Fenton, MO or in a Remote approved state. Education High School Diploma required Required Qualifications Minimum of four years of related professional experience Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Access, or comparable spreadsheet-related experience Experience managing multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to apply basic mathematical concepts in day-to-day business activities Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion Preferred Qualifications Experience in a food manufacturing environment preferred Customer service, sales support, project support, or order management experience preferred Experience working with customer portals and customer-facing business processes preferred Success in This Role Builds positive relationships and communicates effectively with customers and internal teams Demonstrates strong organization and attention to detail Uses sound judgment and problem-solving skills to address issues and support customers Remains adaptable and responsive when managing changing priorities Takes initiative and follows through to ensure tasks and projects are completed Demonstrates confidence and appropriate assertiveness when coordinating work across teams Maintains professionalism, ethics, integrity, and credibility in all interactions Ready to Make an Impact?
