The Cash App Coordinator communicates and interacts with vendors/banks and coworkers professionally, ensuring questions are answered accurately and in a timely manner. Functions as a team member within the department and organization. The Cash Application Representative position will perform the following duties: Record and process checks received into the lockbox/onsite Record batches and applies to invoices Research and resolve over and short payments Contact vendors to resolve problems relating to payments Provide support as needed with researching and resolving unapplied cash Performs other related duties as assigned Required Qualifications High School Diploma or Equivalent 6-12 Months of Accounting, accounting admin support or related area Compensation $22-24/hr + 5% annual incentive potential #J-18808-Ljbffr Vistar
