Senior Marketing Manager

To shape and lead integrated marketing strategies across various healthcare market segments, the full-time Senior B2B Marketing Manager will manage the HCP value chain, develop B2B messaging standards, and oversee complex marketing programs, all while working remotely. Key responsibilities Own the enterprise marketing strategy for the HCP value chain, focusing on acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization Establish B2B messaging standards and manage the development of marketing collateral across all B2B lines of business Lead significant marketing programs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to evaluate performance and recommend strategic shifts Required qualifications Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Healthcare Administration, or a related field with at least 12 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree with 8 years, or a PhD with 5 years Broad expertise in developing B2B marketing and commercialization strategies for healthcare providers Understanding of clinician mindset and prescriber workflows Demonstrated experience managing large cross-functional programs and providing operational oversight Recognized subject matter expertise and thought leadership in B2B marketing practices
