Job Summary Health, Safety and Environmental Manager, will promote HS&E awareness and provide support to the Coil Springs Mubea Business Units through effective communication and administration of HS&E programs, processes and procedures. This position will learn all aspects of plant safety to help drive the safety culture. Job Summary Monitor HS&E compliance regulations and provide technical support to HS&E team and plant management Understand federal, state HS&E regulations Communicate HS&E policies to management and employees Manage Workers’ Compensation Program Retain environmental records for storm water and air quality Daily safety and environmental tracking Responsible for the administration of ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 systems Review safety committee meeting minutes and safety audit reports and follows up as necessary Review injury and illness and non-injury incident investigation reports and takes appropriate actions Prepare written EH&S documents, communications Identify and coordinate EH&S training Participate in safety meetings, audits, committee meetings Identify and effectively resolve safety issues Interface with suppliers, vendors and visitors as needed Duties and Responsibilities Bachelor degree in HS&E, or relevant field of study, master degree desirable At least 5 years experience in manufacturing or operations environment ISO 14001 knowlege OSHA knowlegde What we offer Mubea leads in innovation, design, development, and production of engine, suspension, transmission and body components.
