Cashier And ReceptionistWe are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a cashier and receptionist. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities:- Greet customers and visitors in a friendly and professional manner- Answer and direct incoming phone calls to appropriate departments- Process customer payments for vehicle purchases, service, and parts- Balance cash drawer and prepare daily deposits- Assist with administrative tasks, such as filing, data entry, and maintaining records- Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries or concerns- Collaborate with sales, service, and finance departments to ensure smooth transactions- Maintain a clean and organized reception areaRequirements:- High school diploma or equivalent- Previous experience in a cashier or receptionist role preferred- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic computer skills- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment- Excellent organizational and time management skills- High level of accuracy and attention to detail- Ability to maintain a professional appearance and demeanor- Flexibility to work weekends and eveningsWe offer competitive compensation and benefits, as well as opportunities for growth within the company.
